The database also contains commentary modules in\u00a0the field of: civil law, civil procedure, family law, commercial companies law, capital market law, real estate law, European Union law, labor law, administrative law, tax law, public procurement law, criminal law, criminal procedure, bankruptcy law, commercial law, medical law, local government law, intellectual property law.<\/p>\n<p>The system consists of many other specialist modules such as:\u00a0<strong>Law Systems<\/strong>\u00a0(Private Law System, Commercial Law System, Administrative Law System, Criminal Law System, Medical Law System and European Union Law System) and<strong>\u00a0BeckOK On-line Comments<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 quarterly updated comments on\u00a0codes.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Legalis has a\u00a0few very interesting tools \u2013\u00a0<strong>Translator for English, German, French, and Russian acts<\/strong>, and also a\u00a0special panel with\u00a0<strong>models of letters and contracts in\u00a0English, French, German and Russian<\/strong>. Legalis\u2019 resources include, i.a., the following online magazines: Legal Monitor, Labour Law Monitor, Tax Monitor, Private Law Studies, Real Estate, Public Procurement Law, ADR \u2013 Arbitration and Mediation, Electronic Media Law, Iustitia, Legal Education, Commercial Law Monitor. The database provides access to\u00a0the \u201cPractical explanations\u201d module in\u00a0the field of human resources and payroll, finance and accounting, health and safety, public procurement.
