ClinicalKey Student is a part of the ClinicalKey database. To use the platform, it is necessary to create an individual user account – it can be one account for ClinicalKey and other Elsevier databases. It allows you to search a library of over 5 million photos that can be added to a presentation. The Bookshelf function allows you to read selected texts offline – with the apropriate application for computers and phones: ClinicalKey Student Bookshelf. Once you downolad the application, you can make notes in the text, mark the most interesting paragraphs and use the bookmark. You can also export the notes to OneNote.

In the ClinicalKey Student you can find:

  • medical journals with issues from 2007 to 2021
  • peer-reviewed monographs
  • clinical overviews
  • patient education leaflets
  • videos and procedure videos

You may download selected book chapters, which means you may not download the entire content of the book. It is also not possible to download videos – they can only be shared via links.
