In exceptional situations, e.g. when it is impossible to reach the library, UO students who want to activate an account in the UO Library and use electronic resources are offered the possibility of remotely setting up an account. In such situations, you can send a scan of the completed and signed [declaration] to the e-mail address of any selected Library. In the sent message, you should also provide: first and last name, field of study, student ID number. The original declaration should be delivered to the Library on the occasion of your first visit there.
